Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Running Insoles (once removed from packaging)
- Running Bras (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Running Socks (if packaging is opened)
- Any personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your running gear:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at: US Sports Running Returns

Mesa, US 85205 We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs. - Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color if available. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
