Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your running gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders outside North America and Europe. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind our products just like we stand behind runners worldwide. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Running Insoles (once removed from packaging)
- Running Bras (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Running Socks (if packaging is opened)
- Any personalized or custom-made items
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return – Send to our returns center at:

- Receive Your Refund/Exchange – We’ll process within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
Refund Details
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors if available. For exchanges:
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items
- If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
